Welcome to OpsFly ("we", "our", or "us"). By registering an account and using our CRM services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Registration and Security
You must provide a valid email address to register. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). OpsFly strongly recommends all users bind an Authenticator App to secure their accounts.

3. Data Retention and Inactivity Policy (Free Users)
Server storage and encryption resources are costly. To maintain system performance, OpsFly enforces a strict data deletion policy for inactive accounts on the Free Tier.
- If a Free Tier account has not logged in or shown any activity for a continuous period of Six (6) Months, OpsFly reserves the absolute right to permanently delete the account, including all associated client portfolios and encrypted data, without prior notice.
- Paid Subscription accounts are exempt from this inactivity deletion rule as long as their subscription remains active.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use OpsFly solely for lawful insurance and CRM management purposes. You shall not upload malicious code, attempt to reverse-engineer the encryption protocols, or use the platform to distribute spam via the WhatsApp integration.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach any of these Terms. Administrative overrides are final.
